1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Salesmonk CRM ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our customer relationship management software and services (collectively, the "Service"), including any Gmail API integration features.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Service.

2. Service Description

Salesmonk CRM is a customer relationship management platform that provides:

• Email integration via Gmail API for composing, sending, and reading emails

3. User Accounts and Registration

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesmonk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in our Service.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
